Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours notice for all cancellation to allow staff to reschedule or to offer vacated appointment time to other patients who may be waiting.

Dr Bradshaw recognises that your time is valuable and makes every effort to run on time for your appointment. Occasionally emergencies may occur or some patient consultations may require more time than initially anticipated causing delays. This is rare in Dr Bradshaw’s practice and the vast majority of patients are seen at their scheduled time; however, we do apologise in advance for those occasions where this may occur and for any inconvenience that may be caused.
